Illumatech is an independent company that provides technical support & field service for the tanning & wellness/spa industry. Equipment includes tanning beds, spray booths, light therapy beds/pods, infrared saunas, cryo chambers and other associated equipment.
Factory certifications include Ergoline, KBL, Mecotech, Cryo Science, NEO Science, & others.
The vast majority of equipment is designed for a 10-year life span, so support as well as parts for equipment older than 10 years is limited, although there are some designs that are still in production.
Consulting is also available for electrical & HVAC infrastructures as well as equipment assessment for useful life and insurance claims, mostly water damage.
Based in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, the filed support area is Southern California, typically do not travel, but phone/video conferencing is available at a reduced cost.
Illumatech Inc. was started in 2010 by Michael Borise, an electrical engineer & contractor with over 30 years of experience with large scale electrical design, project management, as well as product design & development.
